BEC a fast paced and growing Environmental Consulting Company is seeking quality candidates for the following position:
Field Technician - Entry Level/Junior Staff
The position requires a degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or Industrial Hygiene
BEC is seeking 1-3 years of environmental consulting/contracting experience, but will also consider entry level candidates
Preferred experience includes Phase II sampling and/or air monitoring/oversight of NYCOER and NYSDEC BCP Sites
This position will provide field oversight of investigation and remedial projects throughout NYC and will involve air monitoring, health and safety oversight, sample collection, documentation and record keeping.
Previous environmental or consulting experience and / or OSHA 40 hour training or SST card is desired.
