AquaSteady is a water-absorbent hydrogel made from seaweed. It helps farmers enhance soil fertility and water retention to protect crops from irregular rainfalls and irrigations. AquaSteady is a cross-disciplinary, multi-establishment research initiative with Phase II funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation Convergence Accelerator.
This position is
100% grant-funded and is contingent upon budgetary approval and available funding. Current funding allows for up to 20 hours per week until November 30, 2026, with the potential for renewal.

- Support project team training and onboarding initiatives
- Track project resources and maintain organizational systems for project documentation, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate project inventory and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder deliverables and coordinate with testing partners
- Monitor project progress and assist in optimizing team workflows and processes
- Provide hands-on support to project teams as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a team setting
- Skills:
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Reliable and can maintain consistent hours
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
