The Pay: Real Money for Real Results

We don't do caps. We don't do limits.

Average Rep Earnings: $1,500 – $3,000 weekly.
Top Producer Earnings: $4,000-$6,000+ weekly.
Payment Structure: Uncapped commissions with weekly payouts.

Educate: Inform residents about the Illinois state-sponsored community solar programs.
Enroll: Help customers switch to a cleaner, cheaper energy source using our streamlined digital enrollment process.
Close: Manage your own territory and hit weekly targets. This is a field-based, face-to-face role where your personality is your greatest asset.

We're looking for candidates who aren't afraid to approach and speak to people about this FREE, state-sponsored, discounted electricity program. If selected, you would be responsible for approaching & engaging people, informing them about our programs, and helping them sign up. Reps alternate between our mall kiosk, canvassing door-to-door and/or business-to-business, and working tables at grocery or retails stores. You'd get a personalized signup/enrollment link to share online as well (convenient & fast $$). We want candidates who want to tell as MANY people as possible about these easy money-saving energy programs.

The main program we enroll for is Community Solar through Illinois Shines (this is different than rooftop "solar" where panels are on the roof). It's state-sponsored, FREE to join, and available to income-qualified and benefits-qualified AmerEn & ComEd electricity customers. It rewards people with DISCOUNTED CLEAN ENERGY credits, directly off of their bills, for simply opting-in to renewable energy being generated from solar farms. About 40-50% of the electricity customers in Illinois will qualify - that's MILLIONS OF PEOPLE!

Enrolling only takes about 15 minutes per client. The signup process consists of helping them create a free account, getting their electric bill & proof of income or benefits, and eSigning to finalize enrollment.

While this is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor position, commissions average $200+ for residents and $700-3000+ for businesses. Average reps earn $450-900+ per DAY.

Target is 15 sign-ups per week - Many reps consistently do 20-30+ per WEEK. Pay depends on how many hours you want to work and how many people you talk to - You choose your own schedule!

So if you're used to hourly or salary, you don't necessarily have to leave your current position while you integrate this revenue stream into your income (though almost everyone makes this their main & only job once they see how much money they can make!).

We reach customers where they're at: at their homes or businesses, in retail settings, and through networking and your existing social network - you can even start right in your own neighborhood!

This is not a work from home position (though we do give you the ability to market/sell online as well!)

We're currently looking to fill 5 full-time roles to help manage our clean energy campaign brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and someone who enjoys customer service.

This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to acquire life long customers on behalf of our clients. This position is a full time opportunity with advancement opportunities for the right person to help manage the campaign itself and client expectations, as well as be involved with training employees and overseeing staff members.

You will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of clients, assisting them with their energy contracts and any other energy needs. You will be provided with ongoing training that will help to further your career, and you will have an opportunity for bonuses and travel to our other offices. Please also know how to use tablets, computers, Microsoft & Apple products.

Responsibilities:

Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
Becoming a renewable energy expert for your client base
Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their energy agreements and energy cost management needs
Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and energy suppliers
Managing your time effectively in order to excel in a multi-faceted role
