Position Summary
This position entails a reliable and responsible individual to support the daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards within the NIP Office premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and VIP clients, guests and other visitors
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000
Weekly Off: 2 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to queries and requests from employees, VIP guests, and visitors
- Prepare and serve refreshments (water, tea, coffee) while maintaining hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry/kitchen area
- Ensure office premises are clean and tidy, including vacuuming carpeted areas
- Monitor and maintain stock of refreshments, coordinate replenishment with the front desk
- Greet and guide visitors to the appropriate employees
- Assist with office errands and day-to-day operational support
- Support the front desk with procurement and pantry-related tasks
- Distribute couriers and parcels to employees
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
Pre-requisites
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate or a corporate environment)
- Candidates with experience as an air stewardess (cabin crew) or barista (F&B) are also encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printing, scanning, photocopying)
