What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and optimize municipal water and wastewater treatment systems
- Monitor plant performance and make real-time process adjustments
- Perform sampling, testing, and maintain accurate operational records
- Support preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure full compliance with Ontario regulations and safety standards
What You Bring
- Active Ontario certification in Water Treatment (minimum Level 1 required, Level 2 preferred)
- Dual licensing (Water + Wastewater) is a strong asset
- Experience with treatment processes, pumps, valves, and SCADA/control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to a remote community

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time (40 hours/week) with on-call rotation
- Occasional weekend and holiday coverage
- Hands-on role with a mix of indoor and outdoor work
- Active position (walking/standing throughout the day)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg)
- Work may include confined space entry and ladder use
