What You’ll Do
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Conduct environmental monitoring, inspections, testing, and reporting.
- Assist with site assessments, audits, and compliance evaluations.
- Manage projects from planning to completion, keeping them on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare permits, regulatory submissions, and technical documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact with clients and regulators.
- Participate in field visits and hands-on environmental work.
- Assist with Air Permitting and Compliance, SPCC Plans, and Tier II Reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of environmental consulting experience (oil and gas experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental project management tools.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to travel/perform fieldwork (walking, climbing, lifting).
- Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Team-oriented, proactive, excellent work ethic, and committed to learning.
