About You
You're a water treatment professional who brings deep technical knowledge to the table — someone who can read a system, diagnose what's happening below the surface, and make sound process control decisions with confidence. You thrive in a field environment where no two days are exactly the same, and you take pride in knowing that your work directly protects public health and the safety of Gilbert's drinking water supply. You're equally comfortable writing a detailed regulatory report and climbing a ladder to inspect equipment, and you bring a collaborative approach to working across teams, regulatory agencies, and the public.
