Role Description
This full-time on-site Water/Wastewater Project Coordinator role is based in Phoenix, AZ. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing water and wastewater system projects. Daily tasks include project scheduling, coordination with internal teams and clients, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets and resources. Additionally, the role involves report creation, troubleshooting, communicating with vendors, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including scheduling, task coordination, and resource allocation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor management
- Technical proficiency in water and wastewater systems, with knowledge of related equipment and processes
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for effective troubleshooting and resolution
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in engineering, water systems, or project management
- Experience in the water/wastewater or industrial systems industry is a plus
