Coachella Valley Water District | CVWD is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Program Manager (Imported Water Programs) to help lead critical initiatives that support the region's long-term water reliability and sustainability.
This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact imported water programs, regional partnerships, complex agreements, and strategic water resource initiatives that directly impact one of California's fastest-growing regions. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role will help guide efforts related to imported water supply, interagency coordination, financial analysis, and regional collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings experience in water resources, public agency operations, environmental programs, or related fields, along with strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of California water systems, including the State Water Project and Colorado River programs, is highly desirable.
