We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities
HR Specialist
- Process all onboarding and offboarding for all employees.
- Order and maintain uniform inventories for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records within ADP system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with Offer Letters, Disciplinary Write Ups and employee counseling.
- Approve or reject PTO requests and maintain documentation.
- Maintain Time Off Schedule.
- Enter Call Outs in ADP for PTO tracking and upload Dr Notes and/or documentation.
- Manage Late Arrival Report and issue late notices, as needed.
- Assist Benefits Manager with employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist Payroll Manager with yearly employee reviews via ADP.
- Complete Verification of Employment for employees, as needed.
- Renew IICRC certifications for Firm and Techs throughout year.
- Submit Workers Compensation claims to insurance carrier.
- Submit Auto Insurance claims to insurance carrier.
Payroll Specialist
- Train new employees on Albi Timekeeping procedures.
- Audit Albi Timesheets daily.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP payroll management software for Bi-Weekly and Bi-Monthly employees.
- Manage and process commissions for Bi-Monthly payroll.
- Assist Benefits Manager with compliance with tax regulations and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Support governmental reporting requirements and assist with audits related to payroll and HR functions.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintaining detailed records of payroll transactions.
- Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvements.
Skills
- Proficiency in ADP payroll management system.
- Experience with Albi for employee timesheet management.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry tasks accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Technical expertise in various software applications including Word, Excel and Outlook or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of human resources functions combined with payroll expertise to support organizational needs effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
