What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough mold and indoor air quality inspections at residential and commercial properties
- Use thermal imaging and photography to document findings
- Collect environmental samples and coordinate with laboratories
- Analyze lab data and write comprehensive inspection reports
- Develop remediation protocols outlining necessary restoration work
- Communicate findings clearly to clients, contractors, and other parties
- Travel to job sites throughout the service area
What You'll Need
Required:
- Florida State Mold Assessment License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Comfort working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to safely use ladders (250 lb. capacity)
- Strong computer and smartphone skills for report writing
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of mold assessment experience
- Professional certifications (ACAC CMI/CIE, NORMI, IAQA, or similar)

- Total annual compensation: $60,000-$90,000 (based on skills)
