Overview
Inboden Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a wastewater treatment operator to support wastewater operations in King George County, Virginia. We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious professional with experience in wastewater treatment systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment facilities
- Monitor system performance and make operational adjustments
- Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing
- Maintain accurate operational logs and records
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Trainees encouraged to apply and required to have a wastewater license obtained in 1 year of hire date.
Requirements
- Experience as a wastewater treatment operator
- Experience with Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) systems
- Valid wastewater operator certification (Virginia preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience and certifications
