Overview
Inboden Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a wastewater treatment operator to support wastewater operations in King George County, Virginia. We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious professional with experience in wastewater treatment systems.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain wastewater treatment facilities
Monitor system performance and make operational adjustments
Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing
Maintain accurate operational logs and records
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Trainees encouraged to apply and required to have a wastewater license obtained in 1 year of hire date.

Requirements

Experience as a wastewater treatment operator
Experience with Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) systems
Valid wastewater operator certification (Virginia preferred)
Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience and certifications
