Role Description
The Lead Water Technician will play a key role in managing and conducting water mitigation, remediation, and restoration projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining equipment, performing water extraction and treatment services, documenting project progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Canterbury, NH, with some opportunity to work remotely. The Lead Water Technician will also guide and support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and operating tools used in water mitigation and restoration
- Demonstrated knowledge of Water Damage and Water Treatment processes, including remediation and restoration techniques
- Experience or knowledge in Wastewater Treatment and related safety procedures
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance companies
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to project sites around Canterbury, NH
- Leadership experience and ability to oversee and guide a team efficiently
- Physical capability to work in challenging environments and handle restoration equipment
- Relevant certifications in water damage restoration or wastewater treatment (preferred)
