Role Description

The Lead Water Technician will play a key role in managing and conducting water mitigation, remediation, and restoration projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining equipment, performing water extraction and treatment services, documenting project progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Canterbury, NH, with some opportunity to work remotely. The Lead Water Technician will also guide and support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient project completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and operating tools used in water mitigation and restoration
Demonstrated knowledge of Water Damage and Water Treatment processes, including remediation and restoration techniques
Experience or knowledge in Wastewater Treatment and related safety procedures
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance companies
Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to project sites around Canterbury, NH
Leadership experience and ability to oversee and guide a team efficiently
Physical capability to work in challenging environments and handle restoration equipment
Relevant certifications in water damage restoration or wastewater treatment (preferred)
