We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Territory Manager to oversee operations, logistics, and sales within the designated region. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of operations and logistics within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in both operations and sales.
Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and sales, developing action plans to achieve operational and sales goals.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with senior management to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and identify new sales opportunities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in logistics and sales operations, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and drive sales performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational and sales performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and/or MBA preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
10+ years of experience in operations and logistics, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Background in the water industry preferred.
Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed within the region.
