The Water/ Wastewater Senior Practice Leader is responsible for enhancing the capabilities and visibility of the Water/ Wastewater Practice. Their key responsibility is to stay informed on national market trends, drivers, and developments. This leader must possess a deep understanding of the technical knowledge required to seize market opportunities and build credibility within the industry, both inside and outside the firm. They will provide support to teams across different regions, strengthen the Community of Practice, and serve as the firm’s national representative in the Water/ Wastewater field.
Compensation: $210K-$250K, with ownership opportunities in the firm.
The Practice Leader role focuses on growing the practice's capabilities and expanding market reach. The main emphasis is on understanding market dynamics and the expertise necessary to capture market share while establishing credibility internally and externally. The leader will also support teams across multiple geographies to strengthen the Community of Practice.
Travel: up to 30%
Preferred Candidate Locations: California, Missouri, or Florida, though candidates from other locations will also be considered.
