Job Summary
Build on San Jacinto’s Heritage. Lead Its Growth.
Lead a community where a small-town atmosphere, mountain setting, and opportunities for investment come together. The City of San Jacinto, California, seeks an experienced municipal executive to turn City Council priorities into results while preserving the character of this historic Inland Empire community of approximately 56,000 residents.
The next City Manager will advance Main Street revitalization, attract business investment and local jobs, strengthen recurring revenues, and coordinate infrastructure with growth. This is an opportunity for a working leader who understands municipal finance and economic development and enjoys being an active, visible part of the community.
San Jacinto seeks a trusted partner to the City Council who provides candid advice, communicates early and often, and follows through on commitments. The successful candidate will support and develop employees, maintain clear expectations and accountability, and build productive relationships with residents, businesses, the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians, and regional partners. Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to manage differing perspectives professionally are essential.
