## Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Water Treatment and Recycling division. This position focuses on overseeing strategic, legislative, contractual, and technical aspects across various regions, facilitating business success while supporting future development strategies. The role is based on-site in Carlsbad, NM, with occasional fieldwork required.
## Key Responsibilities
### Leadership & Safety
- Cultivate a robust safety culture within the region and ensure accountability at all levels.
### Financial Management
- Manage profit and loss, balance sheet, and annual budget for the service line within the region.
### Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including HR, OSHA, SOX, and DOT.
### Administrative Coordination
- Work with regional administrative teams to guarantee timely and accurate processing of customer, vendor, and employee transactions.
### Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support regional sales initiatives and maintain direct relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
### Operational Planning
- Collaborate with the Region VP to ensure that facilities align with both current and future operational requirements.
### Reporting & Communication
- Present weekly operational and financial reports to the Region VP and effectively communicate company strategies to regional personnel.
### Team Collaboration & Development
- Partner with Service Line VPs to boost market penetration and profitability and focus on personnel development within the service line.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in business unit management.
- 7-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with oil and gas field infrastructure and fluid handling services is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in energy service company management is an advantage.
- Ability to motivate diverse teams and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

## Physical Demands
