About the Opportunity
Keta Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to support an active field project as a subcontractor. We are actively building out our internal environmental program, and this role offers the potential for continued work beyond this initial project.
Compensation
- $75/hour (regular rate)
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half, with approximately 20 hours of overtime anticipated per week
- Estimated weekly earnings: ~$5,250 (before taxes/deductions)
- Per diem: ~$1,000/week while onsite
Schedule & Duration
- Project runs approximately July through mid-October
- Flexible scheduling available; 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation can be accommodated
- Approximately 60 hours per week anticipated during onsite rotations
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Environmental Manager for an active field project
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders
- Document and report environmental conditions, incidents, and compliance activities
- Support environmental monitoring, sampling, and oversight activities as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in environmental management or environmental compliance in a field setting
- Familiarity with contractor/subcontractor project structures
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours and extended rotations onsite
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
