Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Water Treatment Technician to join our team in Midland, TX. This role involves operating and maintaining water treatment systems, performing water quality testing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting overall water management processes. The technician will monitor systems, address operational issues, and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of water services for completion projects. A successful candidate will excel in both independent and team settings, aligning with Elevate’s commitment to quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience in Water Testing, Water Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment
- Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring and troubleshooting treatment systems
- Effective Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in water treatment
- Willingness to work on-site in Midland, TX, and availability for flexible hours
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the energy or water management sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
- Clean Driving record
