Role Overview
As an Entry‑Level Engineer, you will primarily support wastewater characterization, sampling, and analytical testing to generate high‑quality data required for process evaluation and project performance objectives. Your responsibilities will include executing field and laboratory protocols, conducting preliminary data analyses, preparing technical documentation, and assisting in the operation and monitoring of innovative treatment technologies under development or demonstration.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, calibrate instruments, and maintain an organized laboratory workspace
- Perform routine wastewater analyses (BOD, COD, pH, TSS/VSS, nutrients, and related parameters)
- Coordinate off‑site analytical testing with third‑party laboratories
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving data or testing anomalies
- Record, validate, and interpret data in accordance with APHA, EPA, and ISO standard methods
- Document procedures, QA/QC activities, and support preparation of technical reports
- Support field operations and routine O&M of innovative treatment processes
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
✔ Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and water quality testing methods
✔ Strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to protocols
✔ Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute to a collaborative team environment
✔ Experience with data analysis or statistical evaluation is preferred
