We’re looking for an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to delivery. You’ll play a key role across design, permitting, client engagement, and team leadership—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.

Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects
- Carry out design work, feasibility studies, and technical analysis
- Prepare cost estimates, review drawings, and manage documentation
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee permitting, field investigations, and construction activities
- Act as a primary client contact, building strong relationships
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Support business development through proposals and presentations
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5–15 years’ experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Strong background in design, permitting, and construction oversight
- Proven project management experience (budget, delivery, timelines)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with business development is advantageous
