ob Summary:
The Environmental Customer Service Representative is responsible in the process of managing Waste Approvals into our facility by reviewing all related information and ensuring they meet regulatory and facility permit and processing requirements. Liaising with various departments including Sales, Customer Service and Plant Operations to ensure Waste Approvals are accurately represented and are approved both appropriately and expeditiously.
The candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and compliant with regulatory requirements and to the customer's & TPM/Apex standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all TPM/Apex activities on customer's site to include project management, work plans, ESA's, SWPPP, GWP, and to include were available pre-project selling activities (job walks, job estimation and quoting).
2. Field documentation and writing technical reports.
3. Completion of daily paperwork, testing, and sampling.
4. Maintain employee safety (meetings, JSA's, PPE) any guidelines for regulatory compliance.
5. Waste Profiling, along with customer service.
6. Client management, and regulatory compliance.
7. Provide status reports to Management as required.
8. Develop and build relationships with new or prospective customers.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
*Customer Service
*Strong commitment to Safety & Regulatory officials.
*Valid driver's license
*Regulatory training as required
*Leadership and Management skills
*Strong customer service skills
*Good organizational skills, decisiveness and initiative
*Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite including Teams.
*Ability to work little or with no supervision
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical Requirements:
*Frequently requires sitting, standing, walking, pulling/pushing, stooping, crouching, and climbing. Candidates will work in all weather conditions and for extended periods.
*Ability to lift >25 pounds
*Ability to perform overhead work
*Pass medial exam including respirator clearance
*Ability to speak and listen
*Ability to travel
