Pay Information:
$80,000 - $85,000 yearly salary

Job Summary:
The Field Support Specialist will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.
Essential Functions:
- Extensive out-of-town travel requirements
- Experience with HDPE pipe fusing
- Proficiency in extrusion welding
- Skilled in metal welding and fabrication
- Electrical experience ranging from 12V to 440 V systems
- Experience in carpentry work
- Experience in plumbing
- Ability and experience in working on water (i.e. barges, docks, or other marine environments)
- Operating construction equipment experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts – including nights and weekends
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Training Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction or related field preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience managing project work related to soil treatment and stabilization, waterway remediation, groundwater treatment, site preparation, excavation and/or earthwork and heavy civil.
- Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.
Other Information:
- Must have the ability to work effectively with little or no direct supervision to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in all types of weather for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically able to perform the work in hot and/ or cold weather conditions.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
- May require some travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to successfully pass a MVR, and background check, and drug test (including THC)
