Position: Process Control Operator
Location: Oshoto, WY
Pay: $25–$33 per hour (DOE)
Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance for daily travel

No direct experience is required. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Schedule
Rotating 4/12 Shift
- 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- Alternating between day and night shifts every two weeks
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used in water treatment processes including ion exchange, elution, precipitation, filtration, dryers, and other supporting equipment.
- Assist the Lead Operator with operating and monitoring well fields to support safe and efficient recovery operations.
- Collect samples from various processing equipment and perform limited laboratory analysis.
- Utilize computerized operating systems to complete assigned tasks and respond appropriately to system alarms.
- Perform resin transfers, sample retrieval and analysis, and monitor flows, pressures, and temperatures.
- Conduct equipment inspections and assist with basic equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience required; construction or industrial experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to safely operate construction or industrial equipment.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills (including multiplication and division).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25–100 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear throughout the workday.
