*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Water and WastewaterTreatment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining small water and wastewater treatment systems. Checking equipment to ensure the proper treatment and disposal of wastewater and disinfection of water.
*Responsibilities*
- Operate and maintain water treatment equipment
- Monitor and adjust chemical feed rates
- Inspect, build, and maintain water treatment systems
- Perform equipment repairs as needed
- Utilize distributed control systems and logic controllers
- Conduct basic math calculations for treatment processes
- Collect water and wastewater quality compliance samples.
*Skills*
- Proficiency in distributed control systems, PRV, booster pumps, blowers, UV disinfection
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for treatment processes
- Capability to maintain water treatment systems
- Knowledge of tanker operations for wastewater transportation
- Understanding of wastewater treatment processes and logic controllers
-Pay is based off of expericence and licensure
-Colorado Operator Certified Water and Wastewater Treatment Licenses. Class A, B, C and D
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
