**Qualifications:**
- Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation software.
- Experience or interest in hydraulic modeling is a plus.
- Ability to interpret GIS data and work with civil, structural, and electrical drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skillful in problem-solving and time management.
- Understanding of electronic equipment and computer software.
- Willingness to travel and a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Preference for candidates eligible for the Professional Engineering license exam within 6 months.
