ABOUT THE ROLE
Lone Wolf Technologies is a focused, two-person water treatment company with deep roots in the DFW industrial market. We are looking for a driven Water Treatment Sales Consultant to own and grow a territory across the metroplex and surrounding areas. This is a high-autonomy role where your technical expertise and hustle translate directly into earnings — and into shaping the future of a fast-moving small business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of industrial, commercial, and municipal accounts across the DFW territory.
– Cooling Tower & Boiler Treatment Chemicals — controlling corrosion, scale, and biological growth.
– and sell antiscalants and RO membrane cleaners.
– Wastewater Treatment Chemicals including heavy metal precipitants, coagulants, and flocculants.
– Water Treatment Equipment — softeners, carbon filters, chemical pumps, and controllers.
– Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for your customer base.
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
WHAT YOU BRING
– 3–7 years of experience in water treatment chemical sales or a closely related field.
– Working knowledge of at least one or more of: cooling towers, boilers, RO systems, or wastewater treatment.
– Proven prospecting skills and experience managing an independent sales territory.
– Self-starter mindset — comfortable working with minimal supervision and maximum ownership.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to service.
– Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
– Ability to learn new products and applications quickly and apply them in the field.
BONUS POINTS
– Hands-on experience with chemical dosing systems, automated controllers, or water treatment equipment.
– Existing customer relationships in the DFW industrial or municipal market.
– AWT (Association of Water Technologies) certification or equivalent credentials.
