Lago Del Oro Water Company provides support services to our water and wastewater utility companies. Our Team works together to ensure timely and accurate account information for our utility customers. This position includes a high volume of customer calls.
Primary Responsibilities
· Customer phone interaction.
· Work effectively with Field Staff by phone and service orders.
· Provide backup support to Team as needed.
· Provide support to General Manager as needed for Operational tasks
· Perform other job duties as assigned.
Experience, Qualifications, Skills
· Previous experience in utility and/or other billing industry. Utility billing experience a PLUS!
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. UMS a plus!
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
· Attention to detail.
· Quickly and accurately identify critical issues, problem solve, assess a course of action including its consequences/outcomes.
· Able to meet predetermined deadlines and multi-task.
· Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work with little to no direction. Work independently after job tasks assigned.
