Job Description
As the Utility Operator at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the resort's utility systems. Your role will involve monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the powerhouse, STP, and WTP to ensure continuous and reliable service. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining utility systems, including powerhouses, STPs, and WTPs, preferably in a resort or similar setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of utility systems and equipment, including generators, pumps, compressors, and treatment processes.
- Experience with Daikin central AC system is required.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for monitoring and reporting.
- Fluency in English.
