Requirements Of The Water/Wastewater Practice Leader
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active or attainable Professional Engineer licensure in Arizona.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in designing water and wastewater systems.
- Experience in master planning and design for facilities, including but not limited to treatment plants, pipelines, pump and lift stations, storage tanks, and groundwater wells.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment and oversee technical work to meet client expectations.
- Skilled in planning, organization, supervision, and effective communication (oral and written).
- Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality project outcomes.
- Ability to identify critical project paths and maintain proactive planning for timely and successful completion.
- Accountability for performance metrics and the quality of designs developed by the team.
