The City of Miamisburg is accepting applications for the full-time position of Water Distribution Supervisor in the Public Works Department. This supervisor reports to the Public Works Superintendent and performs a variety of routine and complex skilled, technical and supervisory duties within the distribution division of the Public Works Department.
Looking for an individual who can effectively lead a team of 4-6 full-time union employees. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, sound technical knowledge, as well as the ability to motivate and lead employees by example. Responsible for ensuring that regulatory compliance is met and that proper standards and practices are exercised during the maintenance of the City’s distribution system.
