Come join our growing W.P.C. Team! Apply today! Water Pollution Control Operator IV Position at a Glance: This is technical work in the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant. Work involves responsibility for overseeing the operation and maintenance activities at a wastewater treatment plant on an assigned shift, and responsibility for ensuring the efficient and proper operation of the plant. Qualifications and Necessary Special Requirements: High school diploma from a school accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or GED certificate issued by the appropriate state agency and considerable experience in the operation of a wastewater treatment plant. Valid Driver's License Grade IV Wastewater Operator Certification from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
