We are currently looking for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor to join our highly talented Maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities across multiple food manufacturing facilities. This role leads a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment and facility infrastructure. The Supervisor will implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs, uphold GFSI standards, food safety and OSHA compliance, and support production goals through strategic maintenance planning and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and guiding the daily activities of maintenance technicians across multiple facilities
- Providing hands-on support, mentorship, and technical guidance to maintenance staff
- Establishing priorities with the Maintenance Manager, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper execution of maintenance schedules
- Promoting a proactive maintenance culture and ensuring team adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Ensuring timely troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Reviewing breakdowns and failures to perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Ensuring maintenance activities are in full compliance with GFSI food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and internal GMPs
- Conducting routine facility inspections to identify and address potential hazards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and workplace safety
- Working cross-functionally with operations, QA/QC, and sanitation teams to support production needs and minimize downtime
- Communicating maintenance plans, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations in collaboration with various teams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, safety logs, and compliance documentation
- Using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to diagnose and repair machinery
- Supporting utility systems maintenance including HVAC, water, air compressors, and boilers as needed
- Ensuring consistent application of troubleshooting practices and documentation

In addition, the company is also producing an expanded fish species line that includes popular fish types in commodity packs and value add marinades/dry rubs.
