Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and direct our ongoing projects within the Wastewater Treatment Construction Division. These projects involve constructing facilities valued between 30 to 50 million dollars, in addition to large-scale water tank installations.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be tasked with the following core duties:
- Manage all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
- Play a significant role in project strategy, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee contract financials including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses to safeguard Company interests while fostering strong client relations, ensuring accountability for project profitability.
- Facilitate communications between Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- Conduct regular site assessments and progress checks, leading team meetings as required.
- Ensure that all construction activities align with scheduled timelines.
- Prepare and submit budget proposals and make necessary revisions as needed.
- Create and present progress reports, proposals, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with assigned Superintendents to effectively manage project scope changes, identify risks, and develop fallback strategies.
- Address RFIs and manage contract modifications.
- Approve invoices and payroll, overseeing the billing cycle.
- Confirm that all operations adhere to contract criteria.
- Cultivate and enhance critical business relationships essential for project success.
- Guide project engineers, field engineers, and coordinators effectively.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and supervising project engineers.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction of large Wastewater Treatment Facilities or Water Tanks.
- 5 years of experience in interpreting blueprints and specifications for large commercial concrete projects.
- 5 years of experience in addressing inquiries or issues raised by clients, regulatory bodies, or the business community at large.
- Over 5 years of experience related to RFIs, Change Orders, and submission processes.
