The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail but passion for this ever-growing industry. You must also be able to adapt, and problem solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities include:

Execute water hash production methods accurately and effectively according to SOPs without deviation.
Allocate and shuck biomass into Ice Xtract bags according to production needs.
Prepare trays and jars for dried hash.
Collect dried hash and record yields for data entry.
Ensure that both pre-production and post-production tasks are accomplished.
Keep highly accurate and detailed production records.
Maintain and clean equipment.
Assist in additional tasks as assigned by Lab Supervisor or Production Director.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in walk in Fridge for an 8hr shift. Must be able to spend a prolonged period of time in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees).
Maintain an up-tempo physical workload.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, squat for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50lbs individually, and 150 to 200 lbs with a partner.
Attention to detail.

Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Michigan require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
